When will preorder items ship?

Preorder shipping windows are listed on the product page. Your card will be charged at checkout, and you may cancel before the order ships.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to make changes.

Do you accept returns?

Return eligibility depends on the item and order status. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I care for my East Palm pieces?

Care details are listed on each product page. In general, wash with like colors, use cold water when possible, and lay flat or tumble dry low to help preserve the shape and finish.
